Hippy Legacy

With their independent spirit, the hippies tried to liberate themselves from conventional concepts.  Consequently, with their creativity, the hippy culture has benefited people around the world with rich legacy in many respects, including a style of dressing.

It is a style that puts the wearer and the viewers in a relaxed and cheerful mood.  You can imagine a hippy wearing bell bottom jeans with a wide leather belt, a halter top, and ankle bells, with flowers her hair.  Another hippy might be wearing a long, flowing skirt made by stitching together patches of cloth of varied prints and a white peasant blouse, or you may remember seeing a girl in a long loud-colored dress with flowing long sleeves.  And they wore eye-capturing accessories, for example, Native American jewelry, multicolored headscarves, and bead necklaces.

What about hippies these days?  What do they look like?  If you are interested in women’s hippy clothes and accessories, you can consult joebrowns.co.uk.
